I found the hotel perfect for exploring the area, with just a short walk to the beautiful Macroplaza and several fascinating museums like Museo de Historia Mexicana, making my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable while soaking in local culture. also, my stay was made even more pleasant by the attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to help out.

The kids really enjoyed the fun lounge area where we could relax between our shopping trips. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Francisco, who went out of his way to help us understand the menu in Spanish, making our mealtime fun!
